Return Policy
We understand that you can change your mind about keeping your purchase. If you do have a change of mind about a product/s you have bought from us, you will be eligible to return it within 30 calendar days in its original condition with proof of purchase. We will exchange or refund it if it meets our terms and conditions.
Note: Please make sure you keep your receipt or order confirmation otherwise we will NOT be able to refund or exchange your item/s.
Below is our definition of original condition:
You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition, and the product can be sold again at full price.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described. These include:
Items without the original packaging or labels
Custom made or personalised products
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
Beauty products that have been opened, used or do not have the seal intact
Personal care products including breast pumps
Lingerie briefs, underwear, and stick-on bras
Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
Bedding
Toilet seats and brushes
How to return a product
If you want to return items you purchased from us, you can do so by notifying us about your decision through a clear statement. You can email us here: customerservice@jeelzo.com
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
How you will be refunded
Once the item has been returned to us and satisfactorily checked, we will then send you an email to confirm it’s been processed, and you will receive a refund within 7 days to the same card or payment method you used.
Note: We do not take responsibility for goods returned to us by mistake. We cannot guarantee that incorrect products can be found or returned to you, and we do not accept any liability for such returns. If you realise you have returned an item in error, please contact us immediately with the order details.
